2. Services Provided

KandyHost provides web hosting, domain registration, and related technical services. We strive to maintain a high level of uptime; however, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occur.

3. User Account & Security
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
  • Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Prohibited Content & Conduct

Your hosting account may not be used for:

  • Hosting illegal material (child pornography, copyrighted content without permission, etc.).
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or phishing sites.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
  • Activities that cause excessive server load and degrade performance for other users.
5. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds
  • Payments: All services must be paid for in advance.
  • Renewals: Services are set to auto-renew unless cancelled through your dashboard before the billing date.
    • Domain Names: Domain registrations are final and non-refundable once processed through the registrar.
    • Refunds: We offer a [Insert Number, e.g., 30] day money-back guarantee on hosting plans only. This does not apply to administrative fees or domain registrations.
    6. Resource Usage

    Users on shared hosting plans must operate within “Fair Use” limits. If your site’s resource consumption (CPU, RAM, or I/O) negatively impacts server stability, KandyHost reserves the right to suspend the account or request an upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated server.

    7. Backups and Data Loss

    While KandyHost performs regular backups for disaster recovery, the end user is ultimately responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups. KandyHost is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, account expiration, or user error.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    KandyHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice or refund.
