KandyHost provides web hosting, domain registration, and related technical services. We strive to maintain a high level of uptime; however, scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may occur.
Your hosting account may not be used for:
Users on shared hosting plans must operate within “Fair Use” limits. If your site’s resource consumption (CPU, RAM, or I/O) negatively impacts server stability, KandyHost reserves the right to suspend the account or request an upgrade to a VPS or Dedicated server.
While KandyHost performs regular backups for disaster recovery, the end user is ultimately responsible for maintaining their own off-site backups. KandyHost is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, account expiration, or user error.
KandyHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or data) arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice or refund.
